At Valennor, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will review the shipment status and assist where possible.
